1 bunch of watercress
2 ripe tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
🥗Instructions:
1. Wash the watercress well and dry it.
2. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
3. Mix the watercress, tomatoes, walnuts, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
4. Serve immediately.
