Meal prep for leaving home for a while

Meal Preparation
Today we are food prepping for going away for a while. We are eating all the food in the house, making a lunch box from homemade ciabatta and marinated tempeh, a vegan Thai green curry and a delicious banana bread.

This is just one of the ways I try to minimise food waste. I also love to meal prep for the month, so I’ll be exploring new recipes and creating more sustainable and zero waste food content soon.
