1 lemongrass
1 Asian pear
1 cucumber
4 celery ribs
1 inch ginger
4 to 5 collards leaves
Yields 1 L and 8 oz

Lemongrass can reduce bloating, relieve anxiety, lower cholesterol, and even provide pain relief.

To make this juice even better, I add in Asian pear, collards, celery, cucumber, and ginger for some extra healing power. Adding herbs like these to your daily juice routine can really give your immune system a boost.
