(Try to use dark brown sugar)
3 c Roasted unsalted cashews
2 c Rice crispy/ pori (just add 1/2 to 3/4 c rice crispy powder, not more than that)
1 (+/-) c Dark brown sugar (I didn’t have it when I was making the snack)
1-2 tsp Cardamom powder
2 tsp Ghee
1/2 c Cashew & raisins (to mix or for garnish)
Keep in an air tight container or ziplock bag in the refrigerator for a few weeks or in the freezer for many months.
