Day 2 was a BB Kale Smoothie at noon and then this big bowl of living foods after 5 for dinn! Will see how I do with IF’ing…I’d love to give my gut a break to heal more and keep insulin away with 2 meals a day. I did OMAD for 3.5 mths several yrs ago but BINGED heavily on the one meal so I def don’t want to do that again!
