Recent Vata Reducing Meals To Minimize Gas & Bloating, Vegan, Plant Based

In this video I share some recent vegan, plant-based meals with simple tweaks / adjustments made to help minimize gas and bloating as per recommendations in Ayurvedic medicine.

People with a Vata dosha are more likely to have dry conditions, including dry skin and dry difficult elimination and/or constipation, premature aging, high anxiety, insomnia and many other disorders. The types of foods that can aggravate these conditions are the very foods we were consuming regularly in larger quantities than was suitable for our constitution and condition.
