I have been drinking this detoxifying whole green juice almost every morning for about two weeks now and I feel amazing! I have so much more energy, my skin looks healthier, my mind is clearer and I feel healthier overall. I have been sick on and off for 3 months now and I decided to take my health back. Number 1 strategy for me is to make sure I am getting enough vegetables in my diet on a daily basis. Before, I would have many 3 servings!!! That”s no where near enough and I’m convinced it’s why I am getting so sick all of a sudden. This whole green juice is about 3 servings of vegetables on it’s own! Ingredients:
(buy organic when possible except for the lemons. The tough skin stops the pesticides from getting into the juice.)
– 2 Stalks of Celery
– 1 Cucumber
– 1/2 of a Lemon – Juiced
– 1 Tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves – Whole
– 2 Tbsps Fresh Basil Leaves – Whole
– 2 Tbsps Ginger Juice or a small chunk of Ginger Root (peeled)
– 2.5 Cups Filtered Water (use more water if you don’t like the pulp texture. The more water, the thinner the juice)
