So… does the high-carb vegan diet work for everyone? Or does it only work if you have a fast metabolism or you do a bunch of cardio?
Well, hunnies, I myself used to think that this diet might not work for everyone… myself included. (After all – when I first went on a vegan diet, I gained a bunch of weight!)
But then I learned that if you do this diet correctly, you CAN thrive eating as much as you’d like on a high-carb vegan diet.
