I experienced a handful of cravings and bouts of nausea, but I made it through, and things are beginning to smooth out! Follow along with me to hear about what I eat in a day to stay fueled with healthy, whole plant foods that are nourishing for both mama and baby, and as I discuss the ups, the downs, and the in-betweens of navigating a plant-based pregnancy!

There will be so much to content to come as my pregnancy journey unfolds, and I can’t wait to share the supplements, remedies, and practices that I’ve been using to power through and stay healthy! Let me know in the comments what you would like me to cover!
