How to Vegan Meal Prep

Meal Preparation
Tips & tricks on how to VEGAN meal prep + a recipe! Burrito Bowl style, High Carb Low fat as always!

-Aprox 6 servings of rice
-onion (any kind)
-red pepper (can add in green also)
-No salt added corn
-Organic or non organic beans (no salt added preferably)
– 1-2 cloves minced garlic
-1 tsp paprika
-1 tsp cumin
-1 tsp organic coconut sugar
-1 tsp thyme or oregano or both
– Frozen or fresh veggies of choice
-1 tsp sodium free herbamare salt
-1 cup cilantro
-2 tbsp lemon juice

-Fresh or no salt added caned tomatoes
-aprox 3 tbps cilanto
-herbamare salt
